You will need to wait 1 week (7 days) after your last Mounjaro® dose before starting Wegovy®. As Mounjaro® is taken once weekly, this means starting Wegovy® when your next Mounjaro® dose would usually have been due. This helps avoid the treatments overlapping and reduces the risk of additional side effects, such as nausea.
